About
Randee currently serves as the Director of GIS Services at GEO Jobe GIS Consulting, where she leads a team and projects supporting organizations worldwide. In this role, she brings together strategic planning, project management, and deep technical expertise to deliver impactful geospatial solutions to clients. Her work spans from ArcGIS Enterprise, system architecture, workflow automation, intergrations and collaboration with clients to solve complex, real-world challenges using GIS technology.
At the local level, Randee is the founder of the DeKalb County Spatial Intelligence Work Group, an initiative she launched to support and connect GIS professionals within her community. The work group provides a collaborative space for local government, municipalities, and industry professionals to share knowledge, build skills, and strengthen geospatial capacity across DeKalb County in Alabama. This effort reflects Randee’s belief that strong local networks are essential to the long-term success of the GIS profession.
Randee is also deeply passionate about inspiring the next generation of GIS professionals. She actively supports K–12 outreach efforts, including volunteering on GIS Day, to introduce students to the power of geospatial technology and its ability to address real-world problems. Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, she is committed to fostering curiosity and expanding access to GIS learning opportunities.
Outside of her professional work, Randee values time with her family and enjoys staying active on the pickleball court.
