This year’s conference is even bigger and better, with an extra day of GIS training and more meals being provided. The Early Bird Registration Fee is $300. This rate will end on October 1. After October 1, the fee will be $350.
Each individual must register themselves separately, but payment can be sent for more than one attendee.
There are three payment options for registration – check, credit card, and a purchase order. If you choose credit card, I will send you a link to pay by credit card.
You will select which GISA training courses you want to attend on the registration link. Please note that the morning sessions will be taught by AUM Professors and they are 4 hours each. The afternoon sessions will be taught by an Esri Representative and they are 1 hour each. The Esri courses are duplicated so everyone is able to attend them all. A certificate for continuing education will be available after the conference, upon request.
If you need to make changes to your registration information or the training courses you sign up for, please feel free to email or call me and I can get that taken care of for you.

Any changes or cancellations to any reservation less than 5 days in advance of arrival will incur a one-night room and tax penalty.
GISA REFUND POLICY:
The GISA registration fee will not apply, or will be refunded in full, IF a cancellation request is sent to and confirmed in writing by the Alabama Geographic Information Office before October 27, 2023. Please send all cancellation requests in writing via e-mail to Jaime.Lambert@alea.gov. After October 27, 2023, the FULL registration fee will be applicable for all registrants. This includes all “no shows”, un-cancelled registrations. Requests for staff substitutions or exemptions due to emergency circumstances also should be sent to Jaime Lambert.
