Joshua is the Enterprise GIS Manager for the Jefferson County Commission in Birmingham, AL. Prior to this role Joshua served as the Director of Engineering Services and Project Management for 3-GIS in Decatur, AL. Previously worked as a GIS Project Manager for KAYA Associates, Inc. in Huntsville, AL.
Joshua graduated from the University of North Alabama with a BS in Geography. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, three dogs, and one cat.
