The mission of GISAA is to promote the use, education, and dissemination of geospatial data and geographic information systems (GIS) across the state of Alabama. This mission is accomplished primarily through promoting regional collaboration and building relationships. GISAA is a non-profit organization that aims to serve geospatial professionals across the state through providing educational and networking opportunities.
