The Annual Meeting of the GIS Association of Alabama (GISAA) serves as the organization’s cornerstone gathering for members, partners, and geospatial professionals across the state. This meeting is an opportunity to reflect on the past year’s achievements and outline goals for the coming year.

Attendees will hear organizational reports, learn about ongoing initiatives, and have the chance to engage directly with the GISAA Board on future priorities for Alabama’s geospatial community. The Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the GIS of Alabama Conference, which is hosted by the Alabama Geographic Information Office (AGIO), to foster a collaborative and statewide platform for discussion, networking, and professional growth.

All GISAA members and conference participants are encouraged to attend and take part in shaping the direction of geospatial education, collaboration, and innovation in Alabama.
